The Ontario Job Grant (OJG) is a newly launched program that provides direct financial support to employers across Ontario who want to invest in workforce training. Replacing the former Canada-Ontario Job Grant (COJG), this program offers non-repayable funding to help businesses build in-demand skills through third-party training.
With the OJG, employers can choose training that aligns with their business goals, whether for existing employees or new hires, while significantly reducing out-of-pocket costs and strengthening overall team performance.
