With more than 30 years of entrepreneurial experience in branding, strategic planning and sales development, he is a champion of helping clients carve out a unique position in the marketplace, create bold strategic plans and ensure their goals are met.
He believes in making the complex simple, especially for small and medium-sized business clients. The Integram 3C concept, combined with its one-page brand and strategic plan, has helped many partners develop a compelling brand voice, increase sales and plan for ongoing success.

Fina is an experienced marketer, communicator and business builder with a passion for sharing and shaping stories.
Over the past 25 years, she’s worked in many media platforms, and worked with a host of clients, including The Globe and Mail, Microsoft, Air Canada, Shoppers Drug Mart and Food Network. She’s also worked behind the scenes as a book editor for more than 35 titles, including the highly successful bestseller The Wealthy Barber Returns by David Chilton.
She understands the importance of effective communications to engage an audience, which really means she’s a great listener and knows a good story when she hears it.
She loves working with business leaders as much as sharing home-cooked meals with family and friends. She’s the creator behind the brand and cookbook The Healthy Italian.
Jacob’s enthusiasm for executing successful digital marketing campaigns is matched only by his love for the great outdoors, and his pets Ziggy and Paisley.
Over the past 5 years, Jacob has worked on a variety of digital campaigns across an array of industries — including healthcare technology, wellness, custom manufacturing, and real estate, among others.
His background as a writer allows him to effectively engage readers, a skill that has served him well throughout all of his campaigns. Persuasive communication is at the backbone of all projects in today’s digital world, and no one understands that quite like Jacob.
