Meet our team
Michael Smith
Michael is passionate about helping our clients Create Bold Possibilities that help build businesses. With more than 30 years of entrepreneurial experience in branding, strategic planning and sales development, he is a champion of helping clients carve out a unique position in the marketplace, create bold strategic plans and ensure their goals are met.
He believes in making the complex simple, especially for small and medium-sized business clients. The Integram 3C concept, combined with its one-page brand and strategic plan, has helped many partners develop a compelling brand voice, increase sales and plan for ongoing success.
Michael is dedicated to understanding clients issues, creating bold opportunities and helping build a strategy that works for each business and their valued customers.
Fina Scroppo
Fina is an experienced marketer, communicator and business builder with a passion for sharing and shaping stories.
Over the past 25 years, she’s worked in many media platforms, and worked with a host of clients, including The Globe and Mail, Microsoft, Air Canada, Shoppers Drug Mart and Food Network. She’s also worked behind the scenes as a book editor for more than 35 titles, including the highly successful bestseller The Wealthy Barber Returns by David Chilton.
She understands the importance of effective communications to engage an audience, which really means she’s a great listener and knows a good story when she hears it.
She loves working with business leaders as much as sharing home-cooked meals with family and friends. She’s the creator behind the brand and cookbook The Healthy Italian.
Chelsea Smith
With a rich background as a Human Resources Advisor at Dollarama L.P. and as a Labour Relations Manager at Loblaw Companies Ltd., Chelsea blends strategic problem-solving with a creative approach in every project she tackles. She thrives on transforming complex challenges into exciting opportunities and finding inventive solutions.
Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto (Mississauga), where she graduated with High Distinction, as well as a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Humber College.
Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her loyal dog, Murphy, whose boundless energy and curiosity never fail to inspire her.
Alex Milic
Alex Milic is passionate about building efficient and scalable operations. He has more than 35 years of experience leading teams through technological, cultural and operational changes and has played key roles in developing scalable digital communities, HR services, flight simulation technology and telecom networks.
He has also been a shareholder in the founding, purchase and sale of four ventures, including his own company Trespass Performance Apparel, and brings a wealth of knowledge in shareholder agreements and purchase/sale challenges.
Alex has optimized business platforms for AT&T Canada, Shell Canada, CIBC. But his most defining experience has been as an entrepreneur in founding, and later selling, the Canadian distributorship of Trespass Performance Outerwear.
He succeeds by assessing and aligning core competencies, cultural principles, and technological capabilities. He thrives on challenges and embraces change to enhance efficiency.
Outside of work, Alex is a dedicated husband, father and family man who enjoys home renovations, competitive sailing and auto racing.
Ara Sahakian
Ara brings over 20 years of experience in the private equity space and exudes the kind of passion businesses need to thrive. A notable entrepreneur, Ara invests in small and medium- size businesses while also working alongside accredited investors who are always looking for interesting opportunities.
Formerly a director at HSBC Private Equity and a Transaction Services leader at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ara uses his extensive investment and operational experience to source robust deal opportunities that he leverages for the benefit of his clients.
Ara enjoys playing sports, sunny Sunday afternoon drives and time in the great outdoors. He is also a great supporter of The Terry Fox Foundation, where he served as Interim Executive Director and is currently an active board member.
